This guide allows you to setup the UniFi Endpoint on your Android mobile. UniFi Endpoint is used to unlock doors at selected OzHarvest sites around Australia.

Step 1: Download the App

Download the UniFi Endpoint – Apps on Google Play 

Step 2: Open and Sign In

  1. Open the UniFi Endpoint app.
  2. If prompted, tap Allow to enable notifications.
  3. On the sign-in screen, tap Sign In.
  4. Enter OzHarvest and tap Continue.
  5. If prompted, sign in using your OzHarvest email login credentials.

Step 3: Complete Setup

Once signed in:

  1. Face Unlock (optional): Tap Upload Photo to set up Face Unlock or tap Dismiss to skip this step.
  2. Tap the Door icon, then tap Allow to enable location access while using the app.
  3. Tap Allow to let the app find nearby devices while in use.

Unlocking a Door

To unlock the nearest door, either:

  • Open the Endpoint application and tap the Door icon within the app, or
  • Tap your phone against the reader to unlock.
